Do I own the "code" or is this just configured software?
You own your data, workflow configurations, automations, and training logic. We build on top of GoHighLevel, ManyChat, and Retell AI. Upon cancellation, you receive complete exports and can maintain them yourself or transfer them. You don't receive our internal proprietary source code, but you receive everything needed to keep operating.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use enterprise-grade security with encrypted data transmission and storage. Tier 1 handles marketing data (names, phones) only. We do not store medical records - your EMR handles that.
Why is there a setup fee?
This is custom infrastructure, not a software login. We spend 10-20 hours configuring AI, building workflows, and integrating with your tools. The setup fee ensures we can dedicate the resources to do it right.
What are the overage fees for Tier 2?
If you exceed 1,000 voice minutes or 2,000 SMS messages in a month, we bill at cost + 20% (typically $0.06/SMS and $0.08/minute).
