Standard Terms
1. Data Ownership
Client owns 100% of all contact data, workflow logic, and automation templates at all tiers. Exportable at any time on request.
2. Portability
On cancellation after minimum commitment, Summit transfers all system access to client's own GHL account or designated vendor within 10 business days.
3. GHL Platform Costs
Client is responsible for their own GoHighLevel subscription. Summit's implementation and retainer fees do not include platform licensing. Summit can provision and manage GHL on client's behalf on request.
4. Overage Billing
Tier 3+ usage overages (voice minutes, SMS) billed monthly at cost + 20%. Clients are notified at 80% of monthly limits.
5. AI Disclosure
All AI-powered communications include compliant disclosure as required by FTC guidelines and applicable state regulations. Disclosure language reviewed quarterly.
